     María Victoria (also known as Shouri) is a Graphic Designer who graduated in 2008 from the University of Belgrano (Argentina). She is also a self-taught illustrator and comic artist, fluent in Spanish (native) and English, and proficient in Japanese.

     In graphic design, María Victoria is talented in several areas such as branding, editorial, web design and print. As an artist, María Victoria works in both traditional and digital mediums, including skills such as pencilling, inking and coloring/finishing, in the fields of illustration, sequential art (mainly manga style), storyboarding and fashion illustration.

     Her work is boasted to an international stage with most of her designs being done specifically for countries outside of her own such as the United States, Canada and Australia. She has created websites, t-shirts, logos and branding services for clients all over the world.

     María Victoria's art has been featured several times on international websites and magazines such as deviantART.com and Flux. She has participated in several other national and international exhibitions and contests (winning recently 1st place in the Faber-Castell & Canson's Manga Cover contest), and has been self-publishing her works since 2005.

     She currently updates her webcomic Springiette bi-weekly, and has several more projects currently in the works. María Victoria also is working on several current comics with renowned cartoonists such as Gisèle Lagacé, and is very active in online international art and comic communities.
